Robert Carter is just my name and I think it’s classic and iconic
3. Who got you into sewing?
I learned how to really sew in college when I took my fashion courses
4. Where did your love of fashion come from?
I found a love for fashion in high school reading fashion magazines and dreaming for different models and designers
5. When did you know that you wanted to design?
I was about five I would cut up different fabrics and make things to put on Barbie doll. It has always been in me. Designing chose me I didn’t choose it.
6. Where do you draw your inspiration?
Elegant housewives and powerful independent women
7. Where do you see your line in the upcoming year?
You will have to see….this year has brought about changes and there is a lot in store
Robert is one of the best young designer I have ever seen. The thought and time that he puts in his work he is at the for front of most. I know that I will see more great things coming from him.
