Learning to Let Go!!!

I have been thinking about this topic for a while. The question that came to me is How do you really let go? Letting go is painful, time consuming, a true HEARTACHE that takes forever to heal. Recently I have been seeing a friend go through an up and down relationship and not know how to let it go. Sometimes you have to let people go, but sometimes we can't because there is know closure. People will forever think about an ex if there is no closure. To let go people will sometimes drink or even go back for that last taste. Here are some points that I thought of to let go
>Purging- get everything out you ever want to say
>No form of communication( phone calls, texting  facebook,twitter etc)
> Keep your mind off them through different activities
A successful relationship is when you both give 50/50 NOT 80/20 nothing will ever come good from 80/20. Letting go of something so wrong is one of the hardest things a person can do, but enough is enough!! Being in love with someone is a constant test that people fail everyday, the key is how do you prepare for the next test to pass with flying colors. In letting go you will allow bigger and better things to come in your life and push you to be a better person.
